ok I have a 560D and the hydraulics work when it is cold but as
soon as it is wormed up I loose hydraulics so it has to be the pump
so can I rebuild it and if I can where can I get the parts all my
dealer tells me is to get a new pump and I dont like that ideas so
any help would be great

Take your old pump apart and you will see what the dealer is talking about. The housing around the gears will be scratched, gouged, and pitted. New pumps are not over priced. The same pump is used in the 06, 26, 56 and 66 series of tractor. What ever you do, replace the seal on the jumper tube between the hydraulic pump and the filter housing. Good Luck

A leaky or stuck relief valve can mimic a bad pump. A pump wears around the edges of the 8 shaped housing. Often the wear is so smooth that it does not appear worn. Using a feeler gauge between the gear tips and the housing there should be less than .001" measured in all directions between the tooth tip and the housing. There are no rebuilders that ai know of due to the housing being worn as well as the gears there is little to actually repair without as much expense as making a new pump. Jim

How about the diapragm, is it blown. Also, if bushings are loose it is shot. Relief valve is in regulator block and pretty much not a problem on those tractors not saying it cannot be scored and stuck or broken spring.
