I took the old one out and took it to a couple auto parts stores, they take it to the back and come back in a couple minutes and say they don't have one that size. I'm thinking Hal has it right on the head with a 3/16" zerk. I took the old one out and have started to thread it into the two remaining holes, they are threaded, but it is getting beat up.

Find the size of thread and get a tap and run it through them to clean up the threads. Don't use the old zerk because you will mess up the threads on it.
