Water in exhaust port f20

On my f20 I thought one of the sleeve orings was leaking. I was getting a little water in oil, then I noticed water coime out the exhaust port, took I loose and a got a small steady stream coming out the port, What's going on?

Dan, I had that on a 10-20 exact!! cracked head in exhaust port. I had it welded once but did not hold ended up with NOS head and all is well.

I had that on an F-20 a couple years ago, I had a small leak for a couple years, then all at once it let go, rusted through in the exhaust port from the water jacket area.
