Those first couple of pictures of the tractor square dance bring back some 60 year-old memories. Never did see any of those guys run into another tractor.

We had a CC 60! Was our first riding mower! It was used when dad got it, and smoke real bad, so he rebuilt the engine and we used it for another 6 or 7 years before parts became hard to get.

Almost as good as being old and having seen it in person in the "good old days", eh?

Know why the "good old days"were so good?

I wasn't old and I wasn't good...LOL.

Interesting. I would like to put together sometime a
display of fast hitch or "quick-tach" implements. In
the early days IH would put the implements on a
revolving table. On a side note, There will be
tractor square dancing at this years Roundup at
Lima. I do not know if the tractors will be
exclusively IH. Does anybody know?

Thanks for the square dance artical. I saw that preformed at the Waterloo, Iowa Dairy Cattle congress in the mid 1950 s. It was a great show.
