Got the Super A cranked - OIL LEAKING from filter HELP!!!

After painstakingly building this motor I got it cranked on the first try. Oil is pouring out of the filter. I have repositioned it and tightened it down I was able to slow the oil, but I can't stop it from leaking. What am I doing wrong?

The block is from a 130, I think the oil cap is from the Super A. It has a filter and a rubber gasket, I checked and rechecked. There is no better way to fasten it then what I have done.

What is going wrong here?

Here's a vid of the first crank:

Is it leaking from the bottom ot the top? If the bottom the gasket maybe wrong you never know what you get these days, you have it tightened down good and tight? Only time my "B" has leaked at the bottom it wasn't tight enough but leaking at the top happens I put an "O" ring under the washer and that cures that but the "O" ring deteriorate over time.
Watched the video it sound great.

Thanks MNGB! I set the timing and set the valve lash today. If it were not for the wine of the hydraulic pumping you wouldn't be able to tell the engine was running (at idle) from the other side of the garage.

I had to use brake clean and a pick, but I got some residue out of the ring where the gasket goes. Oil doesn't pour out, but it does permeate through. I think that's going to be as good as its going to get.
