Christmas tree C

Oh shoot. I should have saved the picture. It was a modified tractor with a high arch rear axle so you straddled the tree for mowing with a belly mower. The Barstow Museum owned by the PA chapter 17 has one. http://www.ihcc17.com/

Here is the thread and some info. The one on CL had the mower on it. It was for sale in scranton

Humm, the seat is a nice touch but that is where the
tree goes. You could not use the tractor and mower
with the seat mounted there.

I think on that n the seat was added as it does not have a mower. The one on the CL add had a mower and no seat

(quoted from post at 05:28:27 03/03/13) How do you drive it if there is no seat?

Still has a seat behind the steering wheel. You would have to look at the pics to kind of see.

I would say the lower seat was added for parade purposes. I am just guessing here. Interesting tractor though, I would like to see a video of it in action.
Looks as though the RH drive was accomplished by a shaft in the top and two long drive chains, notice the "access panels" with several bolts.
