Follow up-----140 will not crank

I got PURRRRRING again,,,had to lossen starter bolts and rock wheels, heard spring release, retighten bolts and away it went,,,,,,thanks for the HELP..
 
I do the same thing on my H, M and 300U. Someday I will spend the time to replace the starter ring gear.
 
I wondered why when I purchased my Super H came with a cheap 3/4" combination wrench hanging from the choke rod. Figured it out a day or two later the first time the starter jammed.

Replacing a badly worn ring gear solved the problem. (I tossed the old wrench...)
