Colby, I am considering doing a super mini version of your 560 chrome project on an IH implement I am restoring. As I recall you are in the Bloomington, IL area. Can you tell me who did your chorme work? If I go through with my idea it would be to chrome eight 5/8 inch heavy square nuts and eight flat washers. Or sixteen of each if I get carried away. Thanks for any and all help. Wayne

Chrome plating is available in many areas , as well as (for small items) by USPS One Rate shipping to more distant locations.
Chrome nuts are are also available from suppliers.
Stainless steel is also possible.
If chrome, be sure they are triple plated, Copper then Nickle, then Chrome. That is what is on snap on wrenches, and it lasts. Soft steel will also deform with a wrench and flake!.
Colby has not posted for a while. Jim

I was waiting to see if he stopped in, but IIRC he shipped them down south. Like Arkansas or Alabama (I thought it was an A state...)

Like Jim said, there are tons of people that do it. There is a place over by Freeport, IL. I was looking into getting a bumper chromed.
