Afternoon guys,
Wondering why the Tach's for a Farmall 560 differ so much in price.
Some people are asking $40.00 and others are asking $100.00.
Do some of them not work very well? or do they not look original? Im restoring a 560 and the tach on mine keeps freezing up, thought Id just replace it.
Thanks for the info!

Why not fix it? The problem is usually just gummy lubricant.

Metro speedometer will rebuild yours. I have had them do several for me and they work good now.

We did take it apart once before and loosened it up, and had it working. Now it froze up again, wondering if this is going to be a on going problem?

In that case I suppose you might as well replace it, unless you can find somebody to rebuild it for you.

Is the cable ok? Sometimes the ends get beat up so that they just spin in the coupling.
