Hi this was seen on a stand inside a souvenier store at Rekjavik in Iceland. I dont know if it runs but its in excellent condition. Although the decals are not strictly correct.

Without seeing the rear direct view, to assure its offset track, I think it is a BN with a transplanted C front ! Jim

Notice the tool casting on the front, where you hook the land plow to. Its an A. Or an A front end at least.... Could be an AB

There are quite a few Farmall A tractors in Iceland. There is an agricultural museum North of Reykjavik with a 2 W-4s (one on steel), Farmall A, 10-20 and many other tractors including a very large 1919 Lanz (4 cylinder petrol engine of 80 HP) with a large rotary hoe on the back. There used to be a dealer in Reykjavik with an early Caterpillar 10 in the showroom.

I was in Rekjavik, Iceland several years ago and saw a Farmall Cub in the bus station sandwich shop. I couldn't believe it when I saw it. I think I have some pictures of it somewhere. Apparently, they used a lot of those small tractors to farm. Roger

Here is a photograph of the 1945 Farmall A as well as a 1945 W-4 with side screen to keep the heat in at the agricultural museum North of Reykjavik. The W-4 has a International name=plate on the front

Here is an early Fordson in the museum ah Hvennery, obviously aware of the risk of these tractors climbing up the back axle
