22-36 valve guides

I am rebuilding a 22-36 engine that has not been running in probably 30 years. Mice have been in the exhaust manifold so have ruined all exhaust valves and guides. I have removed three guides by using a 7/16ths bolt through the guides for a puller. The last guide has me stopped though as the valve stem is seized in the guide and a block of wood and a big hammer have failed to remove the guide. I cut the valve head off with a hacksaw so I could get to the guide to try to drive it out.
Anyone have any idea as to how to remove the offending guide without damaging the head? Several on this forum have been very helpful in the past in solving those kinds of problems, so thanks for past and hopefully future help.

best is to just use a press and press it out. hammering on a seized one may may cause other damage even though thats a big tough old head.

Where are you located? I may have a rebuilt head with new guides and seats. If recall, I bought it for a 15-30, but found it had 7/16" guides. If you would be interested, let me know and I'll dig it out.

Thanks K-MO , Think I'll take it to the machine shop where a nephew works and let them remove it. It needs a couple seats replaced anyway. The overhaul manual shows removal with a wooden block and hammer , apparently that only works on a newer head, not one 80 some years old and exposed to mouse pee. Thanks , Joe

PS I am in Ky.
