Just for someone's interest, I saw an 860IH diesel (low hours, good shape & pretty good tires) go for $4,700 at a local auction over the weekend. The mounted FEL was sold separately for $1,700.

Seems to me that many tractors that size are not really desirable to collectors (too big) nor are they wanted by the average farmer today (too small). Looking at em over the last 4-5 years the prices have really tanked.

Saw a 706G WF, open station 95%% rubber all round, sounded good, looked pretty decent sell in Oct 2012 for 1750. D17 AC gas, WF decent tin, good runner all hydraulic loader 1795 and an overall decent Case 730 gas WF open station go for 1700. There is an 8700 Ford, factor cab, 70% rear rubber 50% duals on CL near me for under 5K.
