IH DISC??????

I had this posted in the help identify forum and there was a guy who thought this was an IH disc from the 30s or 40s. I am just looking to see if i can get any more info on it like model wise and what not. Any help would be great!!!

Look carefully at the "dogbones" between each blade.
IH had IHC on each of these castings on all of our old discs of this vintage. Also don't recognize the worm gear crank for adjusting the "bite" of the gangs.
