Belly pump is out, now what?

I need to replace the manifold gasket on my H hydraulic pump. I got the pump out along with 47,352 mud dauber nests and a mouse condo complex. I can see where the gasket is blown out. But I can't get the manifold off. I removed the pump from the reservoir, and it looks like 2 bolts are holding me up. I can get a wrench on only one of them and it doesn't want to budge. Figured I'd come here and ask some advice before I make a simple gasket replacement into a mad search for very expensive parts.

I can't remember if something else is in the way that has to be taken off or not. But if it is then of course that is what you will have to do. If those bolts are that tight, no doubt someone else had a problem blowing that gasket before.

Does the coupler/drive on the pump need to be removed prior to pulling the pump off? It's been awhile but recall having to remove it in order to move the pump.

The coupler between pump and transmission needs to be removed from an H to lower the pump, but if you mean does the coupling going into the pump, it does not have to be removed to get pump out or to take pump out of reservoir.
