The steering wheels were on an H and Cub tractor that showed very little wear, they were getting my hands black every time I drove them. It stopped that problem while giving them a slightly rough surface for better gripping. So far I am very satisfied with the outcome. Joe   [Reply]  [No Email]

I sprayed three or four layers, letting it dry a few days each layer then sanding the rough edges off. I like it a whole lot, it really seals and conceals the cracks, prevents pieces falling off, has a really good gripy feel non-slip. Only thing, it is rough, and where you sand it will be slightly different sanded-look compared to the rest black-look. You might try it a few times on a piece of dowel rod to see what it looks like.
