Hi Rdog, does the 3pt work OK? Does it have a remote hydraulic outlet?
Work steering wheel from max left & right if that does work and it has a remote hydraulic outlet, "Dead Head" the remote until you hear the hydraulic relief valve buzz. If the flow divider valve is stuck in the MCV the Dead Heading of the remote will sometimes shock the system and free the flow divider valve.
When the flow divider valve is stuck in the bottom, you have no steering, no PTO and if it is stuck in top, you have no 3pt hitch, no remote.Hope this helps
