784 Made in Mexico

Ran across a 784 that was made in Mexico. Serial number tag states "International Harvester of Mexico S.A." Modelo 784 Hecho in Mexico. The hydraulic, etc. labels are in Spanish. I thought all of the 84 series were made in Doncaster and shipped to the US for final assembly. I wonder how the quality control was on these units. Does anyone have any experience with a Made in Mexico IH? Thanks,

I would guess it's built from a Doncaster skid unit much the same way the 74 series that were built in Louisville were.
