What is the difference between a farmall B & a farmall BN ?

N stands for narrow.

The BN has an 8" narrower tread width than a B.

You can tell the difference because a BN does not have a gap between the seat and the right fender.

A BN has the same width floor pan as an A.

They are the same size but dont fit without making some changes when going from one model to the other.
