706 TA dump valve adjustment?

How do you adjust the setting on a 706 TA dump valve? Asked a local dealer he said it takes special tools and his is long gone!
Asked how to set up the clutch adjustment his anwser was much the same but was very confusing!
Can any one explain in a simple, easy to understand way of making the needed adjustments?
Thanks

The SPECIAL TOOLS you need is (1) massuren stick , (1 3/4 inch wrench ) , ( 1) 7/16ths open end wrench (1) 7/16ths boxend wrench or socket . Next ya want to make sure that the OIL lite iin the insterment cluster is working , IF not FIX IT .
Now go to the right side of the tractor and unhook the transmission brake after ya loose up the lock nut on the rod.
Next loosen up the lock nuts on the clutch rod and make sure the adjuting nut will turn.
Now go to the dump valve and loosen up the lock nut on it and back the adjusting bolt out about four full turns.
Next adjust the free travel of the clutch pedal to 7/8 to 1 inch massured from the edge of the floor plate to the edge of the clutch pedal at the arrow. And lock down the lock nuts , your done there .

NOW you need and extra foot to hold down the clutch pedal to the stop on the side of the clutch pedal to the floor plate while you hold the transmision brake lever back against the gear and adjust the cleves out so that the pin will slide into the hole in the brake lever , once it SLIDES in then release the clutch pedal and ADD ONE MOVE FULL TURN and replace the pin and hair clip ( now sometimes on linkage that is extreamly wore you may have to ADD a extra half to two more turns to the cleves to get the brake to work correctly )

NOW for the dump valve adjustment , Haave your helper start the tractor with the transmission in Nutral and park loc set then push the clutch pedal down and start to turn in the dump valve adjusting bolt and do this slowly and have your helper tell you the min-second that the oil pressure lite in the dash cluster comes on as soon as it comes on STOP , shut off the engine let the clutch up and ADD ONE MORE FULL TURN TO THE ADJUSTING Bolt AND LOCK DOWN THE LOCK NUT.
You have now completed a clutch adjustment on a 706 . This aslo applys to the 806-1206 and for the 56- 66 series tractors the only difference is the free travel setting on the clutch pedal .(with thanks to The Tractor Vet)
