Well,it is getting colder out and more "cruddy" by the day,and I am sitting here thinking about how much fun I had at Plow day this year.( I was literally like that little kid in the sand box with a brand new Tonka truck playing as HARD as I could before mom stuck her head out the back door and yelled at me telling me to get in here and wash my hands and get ready for dinner! LMAO)

I wished that the rain had not shown up Saturday evening because I was REALLY looking foreward to some night plowing.Oh well, maybe next year? :)I didnt get to talk with everyone(their were 144 drivers there,I believe and I was also totally engrossed in plowing as much as I could! lol)but met a lot of cool folks that had very interesting storys of the past.

Now I am looking foreward to getting on to my #37 disk project(It is a "basket case" at best right now!) I would not call my tractor or implements "show quality" by ANY means, but I will definitely certify them "farm ready" ANY day of the week! ;) Looking foreward to some small hobby farming in the near future. Try to get back to what it was like when I was a little kid.

I dont think I will EVER really grow up? lol(Dad always told me never to get old. ;)

Glad you enjoyed the Indiana chapter 7 tillage day. It was a lot of work to put it together, but had a lot of fun and met a lot of nice guys. Note we plowed 50 acres in just one pass across the field. Nice looking rig. Bob

LOL!!!

I was happy right where I was! I am telling you,If you are a TRUE IH fan,you would have LOVED to been in the "mix" of all those machines!!!

I am not sure if that kind of assembly will ever happen again in our lifetime???

I had fun this day.
