1940 Farmall H 25 MPH FAST

My 1940 Farmall H goes 25 mph. Did IH make an internal gear to increase speed. Thanks Mark.

Way bigger tires or higher RPM or a W-4 ring and pinion or a combination. Don't think W-4 gears would go that fast without adding one of the above.

There is an aftermarket speed increaser for the H that bolts where the belt pulley would otherwise sit. A member here has one. Maybe he will post the picture. It is a rectangular box with an engagement level on the right.
