Winter Nap Time for my A

Time to leave my work in progress (1947 Farmall A)until next Spring. Battery is out, the radiator was removed. What else do I do (any antifreeze left in the engine that should be drained ? What about the engine oil - drain or leave as is ? Gas tank/fuel line ?
Any other tips would sure be appreciated.

If unheated, I would not drain the oil = Think Condentation.

I would leave oil in crankcase if it good oil, not oil that's been in there for years.
air can not get to bearings that are coated in oil.

might pull plugs and put a shot of oil in each cylinder and turn over motor one or two times to coat the cylinder walls, do not want a stuck ring or motor when you get back to it.

Rod bearings dont sit in oil....unless you over fill it. Kinda stupid.

I would leave it full of antifreeze.(in the radiator of course).

I would do what maxwell99 suggested on oiling the cylinders. Squirt a lot of oil on top of the pistons then bump the engine over one revolution, then squirt some more oil into the cylinders. This will keep your engine from being stuck. Hal

I always shut my tractors off at the end of the season by turning off the gas, then letting it starve out.

Turning off by the ignition allows several strokes of gas laiden air to be sucked into cylinders and dilute the oil.
