What is the cutoff point for the D282 for international 706? I keep reading that in November 1966 and S/N , 37237 was the start. But I see the last year, 1967 serial for international 706 was 5316 starting. What am I missing here. Was the D310 ever in an International 706 or was it all the D282?? |

The Farmall serial number break is as posted before, 37236 - 37237. The International break occurred between 5273 and 5274.

There is no "switch"They each had their own set of SNs.Like two different tractor models.

Ok, that makes sense. So then was there ever any D310s in international 706s from the factory?

'International' and 'Farmall' each have a different set of sn#s.International is the standard/wheatland version.Farmall is the rowcrop version and it also the most common. The 37xxx number(Farmall) is close to the switch. My '67 706 Farmall is SN 44xxx.It has the 310.In my humble opinion, the 310 is twice the engine than the 282 is...
