Then the cu in went to 123. The 898 blocks in the 113 and 123 were identical and had identical bores, only the sleeves were different. The current engine kits have sleeves that allow 134 cu in without increasing the size of the original bore. The 898 block is not to be confused with the original C113 block, which will accept later sleeves no larger than those giving 123 cu in without boring. [Reply]  [No Email]

You need to measure the bottom where the sleeve seats to see which block you have it will also have the place for the hy pump. Side note a 113 block will take larger sleeves making it 123cu in.
