Good find, sometimes electricity has difficulty with a few inches of air. (unless it is 75000 volta or so. I have a neat tesla coil with a 2" spark gap!!) I have given up on crimped only connectors. I buy naked terminals and solder them then shrink tube the connection. No more fallout. Jim

| | Or any electrical supply house. I use the flat on the back side of the hinge on my side cutters for crimping. Then I dual-wall heat-shrink to take the strain off the connector and keep the weather out.
