Todd-Tractor Vet thanks for your ideas! This tractor has 8900+ hours on the engine. So I am sure the number of hours is catching up to the day it will need new rings and sleeves. I didn't get to pick alot with it this fall, about 2 acres but I know this was the first time this tractor had a mounted corn picker on it. The last few years the tractor has been used on a ginder mixer mill and a hay rake. I am going to be taking the picker off this weekend so I will get a better chance to observe the tractor.

| Yes if she's that old she's earned the right to smoke. If running well and oil consumption not too high my elders always maintained you can buys lots of oil for the cost of an overhaul. We use to wear the gassers out plowing with them, overhaul every few years was common practice.
