Sorry, if you thought this was going to be about an attractive swimsuit model or a 706 with a Colby-like restoration.
This fall with my mounted picker on my 706, gas engine, there were times at idle and not under load, the tractor was emitting an larger amount of exhaust from the lower breather pipe than I would deem normal-enough to see a bluish cloud around the picker. Yet there was nothing noticable when the tractor was in action or at higher rpms.
At first I thought the tractor was on fire or smoldering but after looking around, under, above and any other angle in between, no fire or smoldering, just from that pipe. This exhaust was more bluish than white. What is this a sign of? What's happening? Should I be concerned? What should I do to reduce this exhaust? I don't ever remember this amount coming from the gas engines of the 656, 666, or 756 my dad and I had. Thanks for your advice/thoughts in advance!
