I need to know where to attatch the chain on a 2 pt sickle mower to lift your sickle bar.If anyone has any info or better yet pictures that would be great.If there is anything special I need to hook it up as well please let me know.Thank you

No doubt depends on what tractor you have. Our SC had the rod like Dean's that attached to the left side Touch Control. If you don't have a SC, 200 or 230 with a TC, it may attach like wolfman's.

Had a 2-point sickle at one time that had a short chain that attached to the very bottom of the hydraulic cylinder of the Farmall Super C. If I remember correctly, I had to change that bottom bolt to one with an eye. I later swapped the chain for the long rod that went to the front touch-control lift arms so I didn't have to lift-lower the whole mower to get the cutterbar to raise-lower.

My Super A doesn't have a chain either. This is the best pic I have of mine. If you look close you can see the lever arm hooked to the rod that goes up to the hydraulic arm on the tractor. Right next to the left tire. HTH

Chain? Mine has a solid steel bar that goes from the left side of the mower to the touch control.
