B414 3PH Hydraulics.

Recently fitted a new hydraulic pump.
3PH No Load operates OK & stays up.
3PH Loaded, lifts load OK & stays up
but movment of the control lever, raising or lowering, result in jerky operation.
The control lever is also inclined to lock up.
Any ideas relating to the cause of this problem
would be greatly appreciated.
 
Hi WR, did you clean the suction filter? Hytran fill level correct?
Jerky operation usually indicates there is still air in the hydraulic system. Air will eventually work its way out of the system.
