| Northern mn....it is valued anywhere between 8000.00-15,000.00. We have two offers already and are accepting the highest offer. In fairness to the current offers we won't be sharing the other offers. It has been in the family since it was purchased new and although letting it go is not what is wanted it is what is necessary to ensure my father in law can sustain a better quality of life with the money it brings. | So sorry for what your are going through. I just went through 33 months of that. Dad's estate got eaten alive with all the hospice expenses.
