806 brake problem

Left brake not working.

Found brake cylinder locked up. Replaced with a used one with new pads on both sides. Right brake works, left brake still not working but fluid comes out of bleeder with no air bubbles. Brake valve assembley was also rebuilt.
What is the problem?
 
Don't know i can not see it . Ya got something wrong . In all the year i have worked on I H tractors i have yet had to work on or replace a brake control valve . Seen many of broken return springs cracked plate blowen seals sheared disc's where the welded on spines were sheared off from some one standing on the brakes tryen to stop a heavy load , seen brakes not working because something got cocked and bound up . so as to your problem ?????? with out seeing for myself got no idea. Just where in Ohio are you??
 
Had same problem, took hyd. lines off fittings on back plate and cleaned the fittings, had a piece of o-ring stuck in an orfice. Works just fine now.
