Do 560 axles fit a Super M? I would like to have the timken wheel bearings. |

| like was said the 560 housing works on a SM. But if you want to use a M through 450 housing on a 560 the T/A handle piviot bracket won't bolt up the best unless some grinding is done. Like said 560 bearings work right in a SM axle housing. Think it was part way through 560 building that the axle housing wall thickness was increased on high crops. Don't remember if the same happened on regular farmalls. |

| Axle housings & mounting gaskets are same part number as are the cap with seal plus axle shafts, you can put in these upgrade bearings that are for later 560 or ones with update package for early serial tractors. The outer bearing was a max ball loaded bearing, the inner was a roller type but not any were built with a Timken tapered bearing. |

| They both can use the same bearings but they are not timken (if you are reffering to tapered roller bearings which many call timken). Ball on the outside and either ball on inside or flat roller bearing. |
