Topic: H Frame Rail Bolts

I took off the right side frame rail to be sandblasted, and as I was cleaning up the bolts, I noticed that the 4 bolts that connect the frame rail to the clutch housing were not all the same size. One of the bolts is 1/4" shorter than the other three. Does the short bolt go in the top hole? |

| Dont remember...Butyou can easily figure it out.Screw em in,If one bottoms before it 'seats',then you've found the short bolt hole. |

| That may work in this instance but, not always a good way to find out ie: if, you did that in the base of a magneto you could ruin it. |
