Can anyone give me the travel dimensions for the push rod on a 1935 F12? Also how do you remove a push rod that is peened over on the camshaft side?

Bill, the exact dimension slips me right now i want to say about 3/8" If the inside is that bad you can try to file it or you will have to cut it and replace it. rod should be 7 1/8" long.

My f 12 pump push rod travel was 5/16 and it pumped just fine.

Thanks for the replys. I plan on dropping the pan and either filing the burr off or cutting the rod. The mistake I made was using plain old soft Home Desperate rod.I am going to use drill rod next time.
