i have a 240 it was starting good but the selinoid was bad i replaced it and the gas eviporated completely. now it won"t start , it turns over, i checked the coil,getting gas to the carb, seems to not be getting fire what am i missing |

| Seems not to get fire why not check to be sure??? Easy as pulling the coil wire off the cap and with the ignition on hold that wire about a 1/4 inch from the block and spin it over that way you know if it is or not. If it is not then either you wired it wrong or the points need to be cleaned. Easy way to check that is run a hot wire from the battery ignition side to the ignition side of the coil and see if it runs. If it does you did something wrong when you wired up that solenoid |

| Did ya get all the wire back on the solenoid where they belong , like the orange wire on the S terminal . |
