There are 3 sets of these cultivators at the place where I got the F30s. Just by comparing pictures in my IH book, I think they are the model HM238, of which more than 150,000 were built from 1940 to 1951. I am thinking I should save them.... I already have a deal to buy the implements I want for scrap price ... There is a fairly decent 4 row IH planter there, it was used a couple of years ago. I would guess it is from the 1960s or 1970s. Should I save it? It will probably go to scrap otherwise....

Is this something anyone here would be interested in? The cultivators or planter are not something I would use. I would save them just to pass them on to someone who wants/needs them .

I was over there this morning picking up my other F30 so I took a few more pictures. The rear part of the cultivator is there and it has fasthitch mounts.

There are 3 other sets of cultivators but they are different than the first one.

Here are pictures of the planter too.

Kirk, what can you tell me about the planter? It may be a good
reason to come down and visit!

I am in the extreme southeastern corner of Nebraska, about an hours drive south of Lincoln. Scrap is $125/ton here, I don't know what the cultivators weigh, but it has to be less than a ton.

What would these cultivators be worth in xcrap price? Where in NE are you at? I am interested, but you know the routine no time, no money, etc.

If you were near PA I'd take them. They look like 4 row cultivators?
If they are and the mount to the front I'd take them and fix them
up. They would make a neat addition to my newly painted Super M.
I have a set of rough 2 row. And my SM is just over kill for it.
