Looking at a 650d it leaks fuel out of breather tube on pump when running..any help would be great thanks..

the seals on the primary pump are leaking deisel into the injection pump. anyway you should be opening the oil level petcock and draining the excess oil before every startup. almost every one of these pumps i have or seen are full of deisel. then once the oil is contaminated totally with diesel change the oil again. other than that is seal replacement on the primary pump. since these tractor only get started and drove around the yard no damage will result. not like it would be used in the field day after day.

(quoted from post at 06:16:00 07/02/12) overhaul the pump and your problem will go away if you don't have the $$$ to fix it right I would pass on the tractor

You only need to do the primary pump. The injection pump is fine. I did my MD about 7 years ago and it cost around $100.

This should be a B pump, with IH on the casting. If worn, while running they will leak out the vent drip tube from internal leakage. Only fix is to have it rebuilt or of not too much then use a catch can to stop the mess.

If coming out the filler tube etc, then as the others have said.
