Looks like we will be coming BUT my 560 is going to be close, too early to tell. Next week it goes get frame/engine/etc painted... see link below for all the latest info.

It's coming together real good, we are going to make 100% sure it's right...

Last parts are here, few things are ready for pickup tomorrow from machine shops :)

Either way, we are still planning to attend RPRU....

Yep, gonna make the trek.
Hope to see you and the 560 there. But don't rush the restoration and cut any corners just to get done in time. There is always next year at Lima, Ohio.

It's only another 100 miles, too. Not like the difference between DuQuoin and North Dakota (or is it SD???)

I'm going. I wish I could take this H but I'm
dragging a camper.

I'll be there as I haven't missed one since my first one. The 2007 one in Bloomsburg, PA was about my limit to travel but had a great travel companion in the Cowman - was a great show as well like all of them, Hal.

DuQuoin IL. 485 miles.
Lima OH. 238 miles
Huron SD. 1189 miles.
The only red power I missed since 1993 was when it was in SD. before.

To: gregthedc, Hope you can make it before saturday the 21st because a lot of stuff will be leaving early on saturday. Remember the show is Thursday - Saturday, not sunday.

Look for me in the old engine display. I'll have my 6 HP type M (1922) engine and type B McCormick Feed grinder. I'll try to run a few grinding demos. I'll also have my 4-E hammermill that I acquired last year in Minesota, all redone. Don't have room on the trailer I'm pulling for anything to run the hammermill with, but if anyone wants to volunteer a tractor or engine to run it, could set it up and do some grinding. It's made to run with a Cub. I usually run it with my U-2 power unit.

I'm driving up from Houston.

Anybody instigating a meeting of the YDT'ers.

I'd like to put some faces with names.

We've done this in the past and what has usually worked best for a gathering place is wherever the Nebraska Cowman exhibit is located as everyone wants to meet him. We have on numerous occasions gotten together for a dinner if enough folks express an interest. I'm sure someone has some photos from some of those past gatherings floating around. Don't mean to put the Cowman in the middle of this but he does handle the task quite well and his exhibit is usually very easy to locate and large enough for a meeting and conversation gathering place. I believe he will be the leader of a Blue Ribbon Service display at this RPRU.
Cowman, if this is bad idea you can kick my butt in about a month as I'll certainly be stopping by, Hal.
