What Brand of Plow clevis/loop is this????

Good evening Gentlemen,

I was at a friend's house the other night.When looking at his F-12,I saw this clevis bolted on the U bar.(using the center bolt hole)

As you can see,it has the letters:"TC" on one side,and the numbers: "123A" on the other.The bottom side of the ring shows it has some kind of "lugs" cast into it.It does not look to be IH to me????

Does anybody know where this thing came from????

Dad bought an Oliver 2-16's pull type plow back in the late 50's and came with that same clevis. I still have the plow and clevis yet today.
 
I have seen the same style listed in some old John Deere parts books, but they most likely would have JD markings. This was popular style clevis and probably a number of companies made something similar as aftermarket items.
