560 2pt / drawbar question? help

OK guys what am I missing, noticed this tractor with drawbar w/ 2pt.

I have never seen setup like this, 1st pic is my tractor before restoration started.

That one has the optional swinging drawbar attachment. They are hard to find.

Swinging drawbar wasn't a standard part of the fast hitch attachment. It could be purchased to use with the fast hitch, should be able to find it in a parts diagram. Swinging drawbar pined to the heavy metal cross piece near the front pin of the wishbone frame. Notice a hole in the center of the cross piece.

If you have a 560 Parts Catalog (it appears you do with the insert showing the various parts) the swinging drawbar is usually shown in the attachments section of the catalog. Swinging drawings for fast hitch tractors were offered as an attachment and are generally very difficult to find and not being reproduced by anyone to my knowledge, Hal.
P.S. I have a swinging drawbar for my f/h Super C and would like to find one for my Farmall 240 f/h tractor I'm restoring.

Drawbar yes. Swinging no.

Colby, I think I have a swinging drawbar for a 560, you will still need the bracket that bolts onto the front of the fast hitch. If you are interested, send me an email & I will get the p/n off of it ( if there is one) at least I could forward some pics of it. [email protected]

I checked over the one I have, there is no part number on it.

That is the "swinging drawbar". If you plan on
seriously pulling anything, I would recommend it.
It will help to increase traction substantially.
Like tractor pulls, or larger tillage tools. It
also removes alot of load from the fast hitch
itself, since you are pulling from the forward
bail, instead of the arms. You will do alot less
wheelies.

Just my opinion.

My 62 which we have owned since new has the swinging drawbar plus fast hitch just like the restored tractor photo.
