30s era IH tool collection

I have an opportunity to purchace a complete tool cabinet with all tools from a 30s era IH dealership shop. The cabinet is very similar and organized in the same way as all these in the pictures. Ive always wanted to start collecting more IH tool and what a better find! Whats a fare price? The same man has a couple W30s and a parts 15-30 that I'm interested in buying. He's wanting to clean things out of the barn and I think a package deal at the right price would be the way to go.

Seth, How is the F-12? On the tool and new tactors, I would thing you need to buy them so they don"t fall into the wrong hands. Price what ever you can get them for. You have seen alot of pricing, you know what they are worth. oldiron29

Just for reference, the last nearly complete tool set I saw sell complete with board was $1,400.00 on eBay. I am sure that was premium price

He sure had that tractor pulled apart in that last photo huh ?! Everything was worn out ! lol He has two pieces of wood bracing her up. Love those old shop photos , thanks !
