756D Questions

Looking at a 756 that came from the factory with no T/A. I would mostly be using it for a 3pt spray rig, mowing, and loader work. Would I miss the T/A?

Thanks.

I don't know you so I really can't say, but I think I could get by without a TA for the tasks you listed.

The only place you might miss it is spraying crops. Spraying depends on going the right speed to get the right amount of chemical on the crop. You also need to run the pump at a high enough RPM to get the flow you need, so adjusting speed with throttle is limited.

No,you will not miss the TA.I've sprayed lots of
tanks of spray with non ta tractors.Just run it as
you would any other non ta tractor.BTW,I do 95% of
my spraying with a Super H at 5mph in 3rd gear(wide
open).30psi puts out 10 gpa with 8002 nozzles.
(your'mileage'will vary.)Steve

No, you won't miss it. I owned an 856 WITH THE TA, and even though it was used for heavy field work, I never used the TA.
