844S Hydraulic System

I have a problem with an 844S tractor. Hydraulics usually work OK, but occasionally it wants to froth the hydraulic oil and discharge a quantity of it out the filler. I have been told not to lower the three point linkage or the front-end loader with the engine switched off, as this might cause the oil to froth, so I am careful not to do that, but still the problem persists. The CaseIH dealers in this part of the world don't want to know about it becuase the tractor is not new. Can anyone help?
Thanks,

This tractor seemed to be built in France for the European market, I looked at the parts break-down to see if there was anything common with the IH/CNH line I was familiar with in the USA. I didnt recognize much but if the oil is frothing it is a sign of too much water and/or wrong oil. Hydraulic oil must be non-foam additive equipped, If you cant do anything else change oil & filter for the hydraulics.

How is the hydraulic return plumbed? Does it dump
return oil into the reservoir above the oil level or
into bottom of reservoir? The preferred connection
is a bottom of reservoir as hydraulic oil dumped
into reservoir above oil level will foam.
