Are the hour meters the same size for both the 350 Farmall and the 350 Utility?

yes, they will work however they have to be the same fuel type, gas and diesel are not interchangeable.

There's one advertised on Ebay that is supposed to be for a 350 utility but MPH numbers indicate it might be a for a Farmall. (Top speeds of 22, 9, 7, 5, 3,).

The hour meter on mine has worked sporadically for years (I'd oil and clean it and it would start working again) and I think its finally given up.

Tach face has different information between the two on the originals.
RPM hand would show the same reading. Like 1200 RPM reading on a farmall one would be 1200 on a utility also.
