H Fan Shroud

Bought a fan shroud for the H to keep little fingers out of the blades. I have the hood and grill off, but everything else is on, and working. Is there a way to wangle-finangle the shroud into place around the fan, without pulling the fan, radiator, fan belts,e tc????
I thought about just cutting the bottom in half, and bolting on the halves.
Advice?

No way to do it without removing the radiator, and your H will thank you if you install that shroud intact.
