rear seal on s m

ordered rear seals for s m along with seal and gasket received two rubber plugs about 5/16 by 1/2 in. sswhere do they go? thanks for any help.

When you lay on your back and look up you stick them in from the bottom. On my MD they were pretty hard to see because they blended in with the metal. I had to dig mine out with a drill bit and small screw driver. DON'T USE THE DRILL ON THE DRILLBIT just spin it by hand.
