Yes a Super A - but that hand crank is making me nervous - (it's much safer to pull it out and reset it to crank from the bottom up)
 
The pic is of an A probably super A in the mid 50's
also the voltage has probably been changed from 6volt to 12 volt I see it has an alternator instead of generator
and the hand crank sticking up could be dangerous LOL

it's a late model Super A due to the style tie rod ends used, as for year model go to tractor data, look up serial number, i think 53 was last model
