F20 questions

I have a spark advance mount on a '37 F20 that has 2 studs on it (see picture). My '39 doesn't have them, just wondering what they're for? Also, the 2nd picture is of what I think is a stock all fuel manifold. Am I right? Thanks!

Yes that manifold is the distillate or kerosene manifold. The studs you show are for the older spark and throttle setup the later ones only had spark lever there, throttle was moved to left side when variable speed governor became standard.

Is there a keeper or something that goes over the studs to hold the spark lever in place?

Yes, That is an original "hot" kerosene manifold. hard to find in that good of condition. Very rare to find one with a working heat valve.
