How much fuel flow should I have at the pump. I'm getting just a dribble out of the return line and still can't get fuel to the injectors. Thanks for any help. Tony

You don't need a lot of return flow.

No fuel to injectors MAY be caused by a metering valve stuck closed or pumping plungers stuck in the "inward" position. (Gummed up.)

Has the unit be sitting for quite a while without being started?

yes the tractor has been sitting for a long time. where is the metering valve located and do I need to pull the pump to service it. I'm waiting on a manual but any help you can give me is appreciated. Thanks,Tony

The metering valve is located inside, beneath the top cover of the IP, which is held on with 3 screws.

If you decide to take a peak in there, be aware the possibility exists to jam the governor mechanism causing engine runaway if the cover is not installed carefully and correctly.

Below is a link to a photo of a similar pump on the Ford Forum showing the location of the lever on the metering valve.

(Hope your's isn't rusty like that on the inside!)

Bob, Thank you very much for the replies. I finally decided to just pull the pump and take it to the shop and have them go through it. I really don't want to spend the money but it's way more than I want to tackle as I haven't been into a pump in 20 years or so. Thanks, again.
