1941 Farmall BN front end

In the process of cleaning up our 1941 BN, on the tricycle front end near the steering column there is what seams to be some type of oil fill plugs, one on the top and the other as if it were for a fill lever. Is this right, and if so what type of oil or grease needs to be installed?

The one on the top is for fill and the one half way down is the level. Originally there was 90wt but now your bottom seal is probably shot so it wont hold 90wt. I have rebuilt several of them with great results no leaks and they sure steer better as the worm and bearings are running in oil. I for got the plug on the bottom is the drain.

I have checked are local Case IH dealer here in Ohio, and they say they can no longer get the bottom seal. Where else can I pick one up
